Sydney and Little Man were my very last session in Virginia before I moved to Washington state! Their session was so much fun, especially since they have such a sweet, one-of-a-kind bond. I love how much fun they have together whether it’s trail riding, hanging out around the barn or relaxing after a ride under […]
I’m still catching up on blogging sessions from earlier this year in Virginia! I know, I know…I’m slacking…but I’m almost caught up! Finally, Reilly & Jack make their debut on the blog. These two are such a cute pair! Reilly reminded me of myself when I was younger when horses were my whole world (…not […]
This equestrian session was in the making for a long time! I had been wanting to do a session with flower crowns and garlands with these girls and their ponies forever and we finally made it happen, especially since it needed to happen before I moved from Virginia to Washington. I took a trip (or […]
Alexa and Rosco were another one of my sessions during my last week in Virginia. I was so honored when Alexa asked me if I could squeeze in a 30 minute session before another shoot at the same farm, so of course, I made room in my busy schedule to capture the bond this pair has. […]
Cassie & Blue were my 2nd equestrian session during my last week in Virginia, (see the first one here). Cassie had been wanting photos done for a while and when she heard I was moving, we finally scheduled a date. We had a nice warm, sunny day for pictures but it was super windy! I tried […]
My last week in Virginia was filled to the brim with sessions. Now that we are pretty much all unpacked and settled in Washington I am finally getting around to sharing all of the goodness! My first session of the week was with Tenley and Welly. This had been in the works for a long […]
Katie, with her brother, her horse and her dog were so much fun during their session! First of all, her horse, Jinx, is such a handsome boy and super sweet and I knew her Great Dane, Titan, and I would get along just fine when he sat in my lap when I first met him […]
I finally get to share another session on the blog now that Christmas is over and presents have been opened. Katherine and her brother Spencer wanted pictures done for their dad for Christmas and of course, Katherine’s horse Tucker was in them too. I love it when I get to work with horses that have personalities […]
I have been photographing these kids for 4 years now!! It’s crazy how much they have grown (especially when you look back at their old pictures from 2013 and 2014 here …p.s. don’t judge me on my photography skills from back then)! We never got around to doing pictures last year, so this session was in the […]
Lorie had an idea to surprise her husband for Christmas with a picture of her with her horse, Pumpkin, and Goldendoodle, Gretal. We had a date set and everything planned but when Lorie was getting ready to leave her house to head to the barn on the day of the session, her husband had his […]
