Hawley Siblings – {Equestrian Session – Chesapeake, VA}

I have been photographing these kids for 4 years now!! It’s crazy how much they have grown (especially when you look back at their old pictures from 2013 and 2014 here …p.s. don’t judge me on my photography skills from back then)! We never got around to doing pictures last year, so this session was in the works for a long time!

It’s really funny looking back at their last blog post and reading what I wrote because not much has changed!: “I can’t believe another year has gone by since I photographed these beautiful kids! They have grown so much…taller and cuter…since last year. We had absolutely perfect fall weather and gorgeous light. It is always a blast hanging out with them and all of their animals…the chickens, dog, and of course the pony! Several times it was hard for me to keep the camera in front of my face because I was laughing so hard at them being silly, having tantrums because it was their turn on the pony, being bribed with large Slurpees when this was over, and pushing each other around on the hay!” Take out the chickens, add a pony and that’s pretty much how it went!

As always I had so much fun capturing photos of these three kids and the light at the barn never disappoints! Here are some of my favorites from their session.

We had to do a remake of one of their favorites from a couple years ago with Latifa!

Michelle, thank you for always trusting me to capture these photos of your adorable kids and ponies!
