Wow, what a year 2015 was! I can’t even believe it is already over and we are halfway through January…what?! Now that my Christmas decorations are finally taken down (all 3 Christmas trees!) and put back away and I am caught up on laundry from the crazy busy holiday season, I finally had time to sit down and take a look back at 2015. I was so fortunate to have such amazing clients to work with last year and going through all of my favorite images got me so excited for 2016 and what it will bring!

In 2015 I had a gender reveal, a maternity session, a newborn session, a wedding, a military homecoming, 2 equine sessions, 3 senior sessions, a 2 year old birthday session, 5 family sessions, 2 couples sessions (with 1 pregnancy announcement) and an engagement session!! I definitely owe a huge thank you to all of my clients for not only referring me and helping me grow, but also for choosing me to capture these special times in your lives! I am so thankful to have you all as a part of my life!

Todd & Nichole found out they were having a BOY!

Chelsea & Wes celebrated their 1st anniversary!

Jocelyn & Kevin got married at the Lesner Inn!

Addie & Shrek had equine portraits done.

Haley was my first ever senior and she will graduate from Grassfield High School in a few short months!

Ava turned 2!

Nichole had her 2nd maternity session…her first one was my very first official session…ever!

The Cranes came to visit from Indiana and had a family session at Fort Story.

The USS Jason Dunham arrived back in Norfolk!

The Thompsons had a very special family session at First Landing and Lauren beat thyroid cancer!! Woohoo!!

I traveled to Duck, NC for the Warner family session.

Sydney, also a 2016 Grassfield Senior, had her senior pictures done.

Allison was my 3rd senior from the Grassfield 2016 class! Seniors are so much fun!

Baby Jack was born!

Stacey and Champagne were perfect models for their equine session.

My cousin Lauren got engaged!! I can’t wait for their wedding this May!

Chad & Jordan had a holiday session and announced their pregnancy!

The Folkes siblings had a secret sibling session to use as a Christmas present.

And my last family session of the year, the day after Christmas!
